       Senators Siplin, Braynon, Hill, Sachs, Wise, Storms, Margolis,
       and Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 125 and 126
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Eligibility for state economic incentives; drug
    6  screening programs.—The Department of Economic Opportunity shall
    7  require a drug test consistent with s. 112.0455, Florida
    8  Statutes, to screen each employee of any corporation receiving
    9  economic incentive funding prior to or after July 1, 2011.

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 22
   14  and insert:
   15         authority to the department; requiring drug testing of
   16         certain corporations receiving economic incentive
   17         funding; providing an effective date.
