    2         An act relating to patrol officers of the Department
    3         of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; repealing s.
    4         321.04(3), F.S., relating to the assignment of an
    5         officer to the office of the Governor; providing an
    6         effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 321.04, Florida
   11  Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
