       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Detert)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (331020) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 18
    4  and insert:
    5  of child welfare training academics in the state. It is the
    6  intent of the Legislature that each person providing child
    7  welfare services in this state earns and maintains a
    8  professional certification from a professional credentialing
    9  entity that is approved by the Department of Children and Family
