       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Delete lines 102 - 108
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. Subsection (4) of section 120.541, Florida
    7  Statutes, as amended by chapter 2010-279, Laws of Florida, is
    8  amended to read:
    9         120.541 Statement of estimated regulatory costs.—
   10         (4) Subsection (3) Paragraph (2)(a) does not apply to the
   11  adoption of:
   12         (a) emergency rules pursuant to s. 120.54(4) or the
   13  adoption of Federal standards pursuant to s. 120.54(6).
   14         (b) Updates of or modifications to the Florida Building
   15  Code pursuant to s. 553.73.
   16         (c) Updates of or modifications to the Florida Fire
   17  Prevention Code pursuant to s. 633.0215.
