1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to television picture tubes; repealing ss.
3	817.559 and 817.56, F.S., relating to television picture
4	tube labeling requirements and misrepresentations of
5	television picture tubes; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Sections 817.559 and 817.56, Florida Statutes,
10	are repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
