       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1311 and 1312
    4  insert:
    5         Section 15. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section
    6  627.06281, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         627.06281 Public hurricane loss projection model; reporting
    8  of data by insurers.—
    9         (3)
   10         (b) By January 1, 2009, The office shall establish by rule
   11  a fee schedule for insurer access to and the use of the model.
   12  The fee schedule must be reasonably calculated to cover the
   13  operation and maintenance of the model and not only the actual
   14  costs of the office’s providing access to and the use of the
   15  model.
