       Senator Richter moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1521 - 1528
    4  and insert:
    5  claim. For any claim filed under any policy of the corporation,
    6  a public adjuster may not charge, agree to, or accept any
    7  compensation, payment, commission, fee, or other thing of value
    8  greater than 10 percent of the additional amount actually paid
    9  over the amount that was originally offered by the corporation
   10  for any one claim.
