    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 105 - 111
    4  and insert:
    5  accommodations with respect to which the reservation is booked
    6  are required to separately state amounts charged on the receipt,
    7  invoice, or other documentation and such persons shall disclose
    8  all amounts charged or expected to be charged as taxes on the
    9  final receipt, invoice, or other documentation provided to the
   10  customer issued by the person facilitating the booking of the
