| 6 | receive license plate funds must provide medically accurate |
| 7 | information and materials with reference sources for any and all |
| 8 | statements of a medical nature. Sources may include, but are not |
| 9 | limited to, entities such as the Centers for Disease Control and |
| 10 | Prevention, the American College of Obstetricians and |
| 11 | Gynecologists, and peer-reviewed health science journals such as |
| 12 | the Journal of the American Medical Association. |
| 13 | (d) By October 1, 2011, the department and each county |
