       Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 29
    4  and insert:
    5  section include any parent or caretaker relative who has pled
    6  guilty or nolo contendre to, or has been found guilty of under
    7  federal or state law, of any offence that is classified as a
    8  felony by federal or state law, that is related to the
    9  possession, use, or distribution of a controlled substance, as
   10  defined in s. 102(6) of the controlled substance act, 21 U.S.C.
   11  s. 802(6), Schedules I-VI of Title 21 C.F.R. part 1308, or
   12  chapter 893 and who is included
