       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 76 - 82
    4  and insert:
    5         (i)Provide any individual who tests positive with a list
    6  of licensed substance abuse treatment providers that are
    7  available in the area in which he or she resides, that meet the
    8  requirements of s. 397.401, and that are licensed by the
    9  department. If the individual chooses to participate in
   10  substance abuse treatment, the department shall reimburse the
   11  licensed substance abuse treatment provider who renders the
   12  treatment services an amount that equals that portion of the
   13  monthly TANF benefits that the individual would have otherwise
   14  received if he or she had not tested positive for controlled
   15  substances.

   21  and insert:

   27         substances; providing conditions for an individual
