       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 41 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5  the time of application. The notice must advise the individual
    6  that drug testing will be conducted as a condition for receiving
    7  TANF benefits and that the individual must bear the cost of
    8  testing. If the individual tests negative for controlled
    9  substances, the department shall reimburse the individual for
   10  the cost of the testing. The individual shall be advised that
   11  the required drug

   14  And the title is amended as follows:

   16         Delete lines 7 - 8
   17  and insert:
   18         Families Program; making individuals responsible for
   19         bearing the cost of drug testing; requiring the
   20         department to reimburse individuals for the cost of
   21         drug testing if the test results are negative;
   22         requiring certain
