       Senator Jones moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 78 and 79
    4  insert:
    5         (e) The practice of massage therapy under a licensed
    6  massage therapist may not be counted as gainful employment under
    7  the federal guidelines of the Higher Education Opportunity Act.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 10
   12  and insert:
   13         temporary permits; providing limitations; providing
   14         that the practice of massage therapy may not be
   15         counted as gainful employment under the federal
   16         guidelines of the Higher Education Opportunity Act;
   17         amending s.
