    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to prohibited activities of Citizens
    3         Property Insurance Corporation; repealing s.
    4         215.55951, F.S., relating to an obsolete prohibition
    5         against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation’s use
    6         of certain amendments or transfers of funds for rate
    7         or assessment increase purposes; providing an
    8         effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Section 215.55951, Florida Statutes, is
   13  repealed.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
