       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 111
    4  and insert:
    5  and conditions set forth in the written notice. The homeowners’
    6  association may purchase the mobile home park for an amount that
    7  reflects its use as a mobile home park and continue residence,
    8  or the homeowners’ association may share in the profits of the
    9  sale of the park for a different land use on a pro rata basis.
