       The Committee on Judiciary (Joyner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 783 - 787
    4  and insert:
    5         specific authority. General provisions in a power of
    6  attorney which do not identify the specific authority granted,
    7  such as provisions purporting to give the agent authority to do
    8  all acts that the principal can do, are not express grants of
    9  specific authority and do not grant any authority to the agent.
