    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to automated external defibrillators;
    3         repealing s. 1, ch. 2010-200, Laws of Florida,
    4         relating to future requirements for the use of
    5         automated external defibrillators in assisted living
    6         facilities, including a provision directing the
    7         Department of Elderly Affairs to adopt implementing
    8         rules; providing an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Section 1 of chapter 2010-200, Laws of Florida,
   13  is repealed.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
