    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to a review under the Open Government
    3         Sunset Review Act; repealing s. 2, ch. 2006-179, Laws
    4         of Florida, relating to an exemption from public
    5         records requirements for information that identifies
    6         donors and prospective donors to the direct-support
    7         organization of the Statewide Public Guardianship
    8         Office under s. 744.7082, F.S.; saving the exemption
    9         from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review
   10         Act; abrogating the scheduled repeal of the exemption;
   11         providing an effective date.

   13  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   14  
   15         Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 2006-179, Laws of Florida,
   16  is repealed.
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect October 1, 2011.
