       Appropriations (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Before line 12
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (8) is added to section 455.116,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         455.116 Regulation trust funds.—The following trust funds
    8  shall be placed in the department:
    9         (8) Florida Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Trust Fund.
