At the top of Specific Appropriations 726 insert the following::

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 726 through 741, the department 
of Corrections shall issue a request for proposal, as defined in section 
287.057(1)(b), F.S., for the provision of dental health services to 
inmates in the custody of the department, excluding those inmates housed 
in institution authorized under the provisions of chapter 957, Florida 
Statutes.
