| 5 | Section 21. Paragraph (j) is added to subsection (2) of |
| 6 | section 163.3202, Florida Statutes, to read: |
| 7 | 163.3202 Land development regulations.- |
| 8 | (2) Local land development regulations shall contain |
| 9 | specific and detailed provisions necessary or desirable to |
| 10 | implement the adopted comprehensive plan and shall at a minimum: |
| 11 | (j) A local government may not adopt or impose any |
| 12 | ordinance, resolution, or regulation, including a stipulation to |
| 13 | a development order, as that term is defined in s. 163.3164, |
| 14 | upon a charter school that it does not also impose pursuant to |
| 15 | general law upon all public schools. |
