       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 9566 and 9567
    4  insert:
    5         Section 77. Paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section
    6  163.370, Florida Statutes, is amended to read
    7         163.370 Powers; counties and municipalities; community
    8  redevelopment agencies.—
    9         (3) The following projects may not be paid for or financed
   10  by increment revenues:
   11         (a) Construction or expansion of administrative buildings
   12  for public bodies or police and fire buildings, unless at least
   13  two-thirds of the each taxing authorities agree authority agrees
   14  to such method of financing for the construction or expansion,
   15  or unless the construction or expansion is contemplated as part
   16  of a community policing innovation.
