| 4 | Remove lines 8481-8487 and insert: |
| 5 | time the municipality last met the criteria must meet the |
| 6 | requirements of this section until such time as the municipality |
| 7 | as a whole meets the criteria. Any county that meets the |
| 8 | criteria shall remain on the list in accordance with the |
| 9 | provisions of this paragraph. Any jurisdiction that was placed |
| 10 | on the dense urban land area list before the effective date of |
| 11 | this act shall remain on the list in accordance with the |
| 12 | provisions of this paragraph. |
