       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 7740 and 7741
    4  insert:
    5         Section 54. Subsection (4) is added to section 366.02,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         366.02 Definitions.—As used in this chapter:
    8         (4) “Affected landowner” means the owner of not less than
    9  50 contiguous acres of real property located within a service
   10  area or potential service area that is the subject of a
   11  territorial dispute to be resolved by the commission.

   15         Delete line 122
   16  and insert:
   17         eligibility for incentives; providing legislative
   18         intent; amending s. 366.02, F.S.; defining the term
   19         “affected landowner” as it relates to the regulation
   20         of public utilities;
