       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 708
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) LIMITATION.—An individual newly hired as instructional
    6  personnel by a school district in this state under this section
    7  is ineligible for any contract issued under s. 1012.33.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Between lines 27 and 28
   12  insert:
   13         providing that certain individuals that are hired as
   14         instructional personnel are ineligible for contracts
   15         issued under s. 1012.33, F.S.;
