       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 273 - 276
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) An evaluator may amend an employee’s evaluation based
    6  upon assessment data from the current school year if the data
    7  becomes available within 90 days after the close of the school
    8  year. The evaluator must then comply with the procedures set
    9  forth in paragraph (c).
