    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road and bridge designations;
    3         designating the Sgt. Thomas J. Baitinger and Officer
    4         Jeffrey A. Yaslowitz Memorial Highway in Pinellas
    5         County; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Sgt. Thomas J. Baitinger and Officer Jeffrey A.
   10  Yaslowitz Memorial Highway designated; Department of
   11  Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) State Road 687 in Pinellas County from I-275 to I-175
   13  is designated as “Sgt. Thomas J. Baitinger and Officer Jeffrey
   14  A. Yaslowitz Memorial Highway.”
   15         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   16  suitable markers designating the Sgt. Thomas J. Baitinger and
   17  Officer Jeffrey A. Yaslowitz Memorial Highway as described in
   18  subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
