       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1134 - 1143
    4  and insert:
    5  in Pharmacy (ASAP). The electronic system shall also comply with
    6  the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
    7  as it pertains to protected health information (PHI), electronic
    8  protected health information (EPHI), minimum requirements as
    9  established by the department for authentication of a
   10  practitioner who requests information in the prescription drug
   11  monitoring program database and certification of the purpose for
   12  which information is requested, and all other relevant state and
   13  federal privacy and security laws and regulations. The
   14  department shall establish
