       The Committee on Community Affairs (Thrasher) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 180
    4  and insert:
    5  Section 7. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011 and apply to
    6  all collective bargaining agreements entered into after that
    7  date.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 31
   12  and insert:
   13         effective date and applying prospectively to
   14         collective bargaining agreements.
