       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 66 - 71
    4  and insert:
    5  exhibition, show, image, data, computer depiction,
    6  representation, or other presentation which, in whole or in
    7  part, he or she knows to include any sexual conduct by a child.
    8  The possession, control, or intentional viewing of each such
    9  photograph, motion picture, exhibition, show, image, data,
   10  computer depiction, representation, or presentation is a
   11  separate offense. A
