       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         After line 96
    4  insert:
    5         (4) A member of the Legislature shall vote on the annual
    6  General Appropriations Act and disclose any conflict that he or
    7  she may have with a line-item appropriation contained in that
    8  act.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 26
   13  and insert:
   14         legislator is a member; requiring that a member of the
   15         Legislature vote on the annual General Appropriations
   16         Act and disclose any conflict that he or she may have
   17         with a line-item appropriation contained in that act;
   18         providing an effective date.
