       The Committee on Judiciary (Bogdanoff) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 31 and 32
    4  insert:
    5         (3) The interest rate established at the time a judgment is
    6  obtained shall be adjusted annually remain the same until the
    7  judgment is paid.

   10         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 11 - 12
   12  and insert:
   13         Section 1. Subsections (1) and (3) of section 55.03,
   14  Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

   17         And the title is amended as follows:
   18         Delete line 5
   19  and insert:
   20         calculation of the interest rate; providing for the
   21         annual adjustment of the interest rate established at
   22         the time a judgment is obtained; amending s.
