       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 49
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) The provisions of This section does do not apply to
    6  extra compensation given to state employees who are included
    7  within the senior management group pursuant to rules adopted by
    8  the Department of Management Services; to extra compensation
    9  given to county, municipal, or special district employees
   10  pursuant to policies adopted by county or municipal ordinances
   11  or resolutions of governing boards of special districts or to
   12  employees of the clerk of the circuit court pursuant to written
   13  policy of the clerk; or to a clothing and maintenance allowance
   14  given to plainclothes deputies pursuant to s. 30.49.
