       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Wise) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 86 - 90
    4  and insert:
    5         1. Earned and accrued annual, sick, compensatory, or
    6  administrative leave;
    7         2. Early retirement under provisions established in an
    8  actuarially funded pension plan subject to part VII of chapter
    9  112; or
   10         3. A subsidy for the cost of a group insurance plan
   11  available to an employee upon normal or disability retirement
   12  which is available to all employees of the unit of government
   13  pursuant to the unit’s health insurance plan. This subparagraph
   14  does not limit the ability of a unit of government to reduce or
   15  eliminate such subsidies.
