       The Committee on Judiciary (Thrasher) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Sexting; prohibited acts; penalties.—
    6         (1) A minor commits the offense of sexting if he or she
    7  knowingly uses a computer, or any other device capable of
    8  electronic data transmission or distribution, to possess and
    9  transmit or distribute to another minor any photograph or video
   10  of any person, including himself or herself, which depicts
   11  nudity, as defined in s. 847.001(9), Florida Statutes, and is
   12  harmful to minors, as defined in s. 847.001(6), Florida
   13  Statutes.
