       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 11 and 12
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Present subsection (4) of section 14.23, Florida
    6  Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (5), and a new subsection
    7  (4) is added to that, section read:
    8         14.23 State-Federal relations.—
    9         (4) ANNUAL REPORT.—By January 1 of each year, the office
   10  shall submit a report to the Governor, the President of the
   11  Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives
   12  detailing the office’s budget, personnel, and activities.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete lines 2 - 6
   17  and insert:
   18         An act relating to the Executive Office of the
   19         Governor; repealing s. 14.31(8), F.S.; abrogating the
   20         repeal of provisions governing the Florida Faith-based
   21         and Community-based Advisory Council; amending s.
   22         14.23, F.S.; requiring the Office of State-Federal
   23         Relations to submit an annual report to the Governor
   24         and Legislature detailing its budget, personnel, and
   25         activities; providing an effective date.
