    2         An act relating to the Florida Faith-based and
    3         Community-based Advisory Council; repealing s.
    4         14.31(8), F.S.; abrogating the repeal of provisions
    5         governing the Florida Faith-based and Community-based
    6         Advisory Council; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Subsection (8) of section 14.31, Florida
   11  Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
