       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Jones) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 31
    4  and insert:
    5  distances of the 2011 edition of NFPA 58. This paragraph expires
    6  upon the last effective date of rules adopted, directly or
    7  incorporated by reference, by the department, the Florida
    8  Building Commission as part of the Florida Building Code, and
    9  the Office of State Fire Marshal as part of the Florida Fire
   10  Prevention Code of these minimum separation distances contained
   11  in the 2011 edition of NFPA 58, promulgated by the National Fire
   12  Protection Association.
