    2         An act relating to district court marshals; repealing
    3         s. 35.27 F.S., relating to compensation of the
    4         marshal; providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Section 35.27, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
    9         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
