       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 163 - 164
    4  and insert:
    5  and any additional notifications required by the office;
    6         (E) Provides similar policy coverage; and
    7         (F) After being informed by the insurance agent or broker
    8  of a difference between the existing policy and the new surplus
    9  lines policy, provides written proof that the policyholder has
   10  agreed in writing to the assumption of the policy as evidenced
   11  by the execution by the insured of a form consenting to such
   12  assumption.
