       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (416374) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)

    4         Between lines 256 and 257
    5  insert:
    6         (4) A restricted prescription drug distributor permitholder
    7  that is under common ownership, directly or indirectly, with an
    8  entity licensed under chapter 395, may repackage prescription
    9  drugs, from a centralized location or otherwise, for transfer or
   10  distribution to or among entities that are also under common
   11  ownership, directly or indirectly, with an entity licensed under
   12  chapter 395.
