       Senator Thrasher moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 79
    4  and insert:
    5  this act, for a total of $165,000, absent a waiver of this fee
    6  limitation executed by the claimant, and in such event, the fee
    7  may not exceed 25 percent of the total amount awarded under this
    8  act.
