       Senator Bogdanoff moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (857106) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 33 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5  organizationally. The ADEX Dental Hygiene Examination or the
    6  examination produced by its successor entity is a comprehensive
    7  examination in which an applicant must demonstrate skills within
    8  the dental hygiene scope of practice on a live patient and any
    9  other components that the board deems necessary for the
   10  applicant to successfully demonstrate competency for the purpose
   11  of licensure. The ADEX Dental Hygiene Examination or the
   12  examination by the successor entity administered in this state
   13  shall be graded by dentists and dental hygienists licensed in
   14  this state who are employed by the department for this purpose.
