       The Committee on Community Affairs (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with ballot and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 37 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5  transferred to another office. When

    8         And the ballot statement is amended as follows:
    9         Delete lines 96 - 100
   10  and insert:
   11  board of county commissioners. The term of office for each
   12  county commissioner is 4 years with no term limits. This
   13  amendment to the State Constitution would authorize the
   14  imposition of term limits on county commissioners when provided
   15  by county

   18         And the title is amended as follows:
   19         Delete lines 4 - 5
   20  and insert:
   21         the imposition of term limits on county commissioners
