       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Hays) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5         (3)(a) Any information regarding an electronic mail address
    6  or physical address provided to the department by a person in
    7  order for that person to use or access the automatic Florida
    8  Offender Alert notification system is confidential and exempt
    9  from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24 (a), Art. I of the State
   10  Constitution unless such information is specifically made public
   11  or is specifically required to be disclosed by other provisions
   12  of law. This confidential and exempt status applies
   13  retroactively to all such information retained by the department
   14  before July 1, 2012.
