       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 346 and 347
    4  insert:
    5         Section 17. Subsection (6) of section 474.202, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         474.202 Definitions.—As used in this chapter:
    8         (6) “Limited-service veterinary medical practice” means
    9  offering or providing veterinary services at any location that
   10  has a primary purpose other than that of providing veterinary
   11  medical service at a permanent or mobile establishment permitted
   12  by the board; provides veterinary medical services for privately
   13  owned animals that do not reside at that location; operates no
   14  more frequently than once every 2 weeks for 8 hours at a single
   15  location where a vaccination clinic is held for a limited time;
   16  and provides limited types of veterinary medical services.

   19         And the title is amended as follows:
   20         Delete line 60
   21  and insert:
   22         outside this state; amending s. 474.202, F.S.;
   23         redefining the term “limited-service veterinary
   24         medical practice”; providing an effective date.
