    3         Delete line 2324
    4  and insert:
    5         vessel title information for new, transferred, and corrected
    6         Delete line 2329
    7  and insert:
    8         business or practice of financing vessels are not required to
    9         Delete lines 2376 - 2377
   10  and insert:
   11  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect January 1,
   12  2013.
