       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 164
    4  and insert:
    5  local, state, or federal floodplain management regulations. Farm
    6  signs located on public roads must meet the requirements of ss.
    7  479.11(4)-(8). Section 479.16(1) does not apply to farm signs.
