       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (848474) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) “Board eligible” means the successful completion of an
    6  anesthesia, physical medicine and rehabilitation, rheumatology,
    7  or neurology residency program that is approved by the
    8  Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the
    9  American Osteopathic Association. The residency program must
   10  have been successfully completed within the previous 6 years in
   11  order for the individual to remain board eligible in the
   12  designated specialty.
   13         (e)(d) “Chronic nonmalignant pain” means pain unrelated to
   14  cancer, or rheumatoid arthritis, or sickle cell anemia which
   15  persists beyond the usual course of disease or beyond the injury
   16  that is the cause of the pain or which persists more than 90
   17  days after surgery.
   18         (f)(e) “Mental health addiction facility” means a facility
   19  licensed under chapter 394 or chapter 397.
