       Senators Benacquisto, Latvala, Flores, and Evers moved the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (688384) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 419
    5  and insert:
    6  unsatisfactory in the preceding school year. For purposes of
    7  implementation, the initial year of eligible schools subject to
    8  the provisions of s. 1003.07 are the schools that received a
    9  grade of “F” pursuant to s. 1008.34 in the 2010-2011 and 2011
   10  2012 school years and were not previously exempted in this
   11  paragraph.

   16  and insert:
   17         performance evaluations; providing for conditions for
